Good day to you,
Now a days, a lot of companies are changing their systems in accepting job applicants. Wherein, they are just accepting applications (CV's / Resume) over the website thru their Careers Page. And they are not accepting anymore Walk-In applicants in passing their CV's / Resume. Instead, they are just advising the Applicants just log-on to their website and apply on-line.
In connection with this, how was your experienced in applying a job on-line? Do you find it successful?

There are many job recruiters online these days. The websites are so informative and encouraging. Some time back, I tried out on a few, submitting my resume online. The reception is good, very encouraging. But, I have not had any responses. I suppose there are many applicants and it can take time to come to any definite resolutions.

Applying for work online sure beats the old fashion way where you bought the Sunday paper and had to wait the next business to start calling and hope that they call you back.
At least online you can apply endlessly, it is landing the job online and or offline that becomes challenging.
