repairing industrial flooring

we are trying to open a bakery and the flooring has got a few holes in it and we were wondering if there is anything we can get that we can use to repair it,if we cant it is going to cost us around $2500.00 to get new vinyl as the health inspectors will not pass it while the holes are in it, we are in Hobart, Tasmania if you could be of any help it would be appreciated.Thank you.
