Need to lose weight but I lose my motivation, help please

Hi, I know I am young to most people 18 and I weigh like about 215, I am tired of being over weight and not in good shape. Last year i was down to 170 but for some reason let myself go and now I am sick and tired of my weight but I lose the motivation to keep working out and lose it :/. I really just wanna look good get like a 6 pack and b in great shape, But I am having trouble finding a good quick easy workout routine I can do on days I have work or building a workout period into my schedule, Any tips or anything that can help would be appreciated. I'm tired of being overweight
