heavy stomach, how to get rid?

i was out last night with my friends.
we had a small (stag weekend) get-together party
and i'm supposed to be on my tight sleep at the moment
but i was awoken up by this queasy feeling. i really like bloating
and damn this heavy stomach how could i release it? it seems there's
a brick inside!! any suggestions there? lol i'm whirling at the moment
and i just want to go back to bed!!

I'm okay now. I chugged icebath not warm and it helps...

hi kumar ice cold ginger ale would be better than coke as the ginger in it'will make you burp a lot faster, then try some peppermint
tea to soothe'the remnants of your party bloating,. I know that uncomfortable feeling myself. Ginger ale with ice is a great stand by for me. it works for an upset tummy and the bloating feeling.

A short walk indoor would be okay if I'm not that fresh from hick town you know lol.. so what i guessed was right. to do it harder than walking like of that i sweated it out through the gym...

yes.., you are indeed bloated.., you got it really heavy right..? and i can imagine the discomfort you are feeling as of the moment.., why don't you try to sweat it out? or perhaps drink something hot.., like to or coffee perhaps..=) hope this helps..

Hi Deve!
Actually I tried doing what was bingbing said to drink hot liquids but my body said cold. I chugged an icebath and hit the gym then after an hour I actually got better..
