How would you measure success? Do you think that it's more important to love what your doing with your life but not make that much money? Or would you feel more successful to make a lot of money but not enjoy what you do?

I think there are a number of ways to measure how sucessful a person is. While money isn't everything, obviously more sucessful people will earn more than those who are unsucessful. I think that another major thing is how satisfied you are in your life and job. If you're totally happy and wouldn't want to change anything about your life, then obviously you are extremely sucessful, aren't you.

For me it means two things: 1. Being able to identify what makes you happy and what is important to you. 2. Achieving happiness and the things you care about, according to step one. These things and goals can mean very different things to different people though, so it depends on the person really!
