When we have good days, we often find ourselves going over the details later, enjoying them a second time as we feel the joy of the good fortune that is ours. When we have bad days, we may pour over the details of our misfortunes. However, we can re frame those bad days by making it a daily practice to spend some time before going to bed each night to review the gifts we received that day. Whether we evaluate the day as good or bad, there are always some blessings that were present.
Sometimes it will be easy to recount the gifts we've received; on other days, we have to look a little harder, but when we do, we will find there are always quite a few. We can keep it simple and be grateful for the fact that we have a roof over our head, nature, food, and our health. We can also always be grateful for the people in our lives who support us, no matter how bad our day may has been. Adversity can also bring knowledge, wisdom and understanding that do not always come with the more enjoyable days and we should learn to be grateful for these experiences as well. Who can elaborate on this?

I totally agree with you Pose
All through my marriage I always thought to myself, the Marriage is bad but my Children are not and they made up for it
I was not on the Internet then and I would not really trust People who said they where my Friends so the 2 most important People in my life are my 2 Children and now also my Friends

Hi gabs, I like that very much, to be able to say that your children are now your friends shows that you took the right approach. I think that children sense our love and compassion from day 1 and of course they sense other things as well. No child is born good or bad, they absorb their surroundings. Thank you for sharing this. Blessings.
