I am actually looking for the cheapest if not free Voip service available for calls made from the Philippines to New Zealand PC to Landline. Can anyone shorten my time searching by know what the cheapest or free service is?

Not sure if it's the cheapest but Onesuite VoIP rates to New Zealand is just 2 cents per minute. It doesn't matter if you are in the Philippines or US or whatever country, it stays 2 cents per minute. Check all Onesuite rates here - http://www.onesuite.com/rates_new_updates.asp
Also cheapest doesn't necessarily better. I think you need to get all the facts in your research so you can have the complete info in hand.
