A useful trick to install Windows 7 & vista form a pen drive.
If we are using Windows 7 or vista then we can follow the following steps---
1RUN COMMAND PROMPT AS ADMINISTRATOR
2Type DISKPART & hit enter
3now type LIST DISK
4Type SELECT DISK 1 (0/1/2/3) or which ever of the dim as show same of your PD but basically.
5Type CLEAN hit enter
6Type CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY hit enter
7Type SELECT PARTITION 1 (or the no. of partition selected in step 3)
8Type FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK hit enter
9Type ASSIGN
10Type EXIT & hit enter.
11Minimize the CMD(Don't close)
12Now mount Windows 7 or vista disk image using DAEMON TOOL or we can use direct from DVD.
13Check the drive latter on which it is mounted(Eq:- D:/E:/F:/)
or check the drive latter of your DVD ROM if you are using a Windows OS DVD.
(Here I assume it to be H:)
14Maximize the CMD and type following CMDs
15Type H: hit enter
16H:\CD BOOT press enter(or you first verify the path for the file "bootsect.exe" on the disk image or DVD and move to the Directory)
17H:\BOOTBOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 I: (Here I: is the drive latter for pen drive)
18Now Exit press the enter kye.
Finally close the CMD.
How the PD is booteble.
19Now copy all files in the H: drive(Everything the .iso file contains)to the pen drive.
DONE!
Now boot your PC with the PD.

Bro, u can download windows Xp SP3 package from www.microsoft.com
It's free of cost & yes, u can also integrate the Xp SP3 package to your a bootable Windows Xp CD, using a very powerful software named "nLite". U can download it from the link given below
http://www.nliteos.com/download.html
U can also integrate Intel SATA drivers into a Windows Xp CD using this software. The software gives u the power to edit most of the components of the Windows Xp.
