how to get referrals for any ptc site without spending a money

is it possible to get active referrals without spending any money, any tips guys? im an avid ptc clicker, and im having problem on how to look for any active referrals, i have made blogs and engage in any traffic sites but i didnt get any referrals.. please help.. any ideas are appreciated.. thanks in advance..
