y u prefer yahoo messenger?

I prefer MSN messanger because. I am a support tech, and with msn messanger you can request remote assistance and give or recieve help from someone by giving them access to your pc and you can watch and see what they do. This is from the support standpoint. the funcion only works when someone wants help and requests it nobody can gain access to your pc with out you requesting it. Yahoo currently cant do that. Plus I use both messanger programs
