Last night I went to a retirement party and had a capital B.A.L.L. Just to think they those ladies worked over 30 years and they are still able to get around and do the things they want and need to do. That is a blessing! So let me ask you question, are you close to retiring? Are you retired already? or are you like me who has another 26 of service to do? Please share and God bless!

Hiya linda4u,
Don´t know what I could call myself as I have not had a Job for such a long time either. Did I retire ages ago no indeed in fact I have never stopped. I have helped my Husband in his Work ever since I can remember and it will be going for quite a while yet thank goodness.

Well, firstly I need a job to be able to retire haha but I think that I wouldn't want to retire because that is a form of life telling you that you are getting to that kind of "old". Hate growing older when I have some many goals that I wish to achieve.

Hi Linda4ualways,
I have many years till retirement, that many in fact it is quite possible that thinking about it could put me into depression, Haha!
The answer is a big fat NO.... although if things go to plan in the next 10 years, I could retire so its really a decision that is out of my hands.

I have another 32 years to go. But i know i will make quite some money and will retire to enjoy life with family.
