Jersey No. 14 for the London side club, Arsenal is Theo Walcott brings new hope for the fans of Arsenal in this season till now. After losing lots of major players in this season, i was little bit confused about the performance of my favorite team, Arsenal. Still no team can stop him from the right wing this season. He is such an skill player with a good speed, so that not only he is creating the chances to score goal for the team but also scores goals for the team and arsenal wins the match. English Fans are also keeping their eyes on him also and may be shaking their head, why did he not play in the world cup? Go, Go Walcott. Go Forward. And make Arsenal proud for you ...

i see many younger, talented player in arsenal. walcott is one of them. with sagna, bendtner, ces fabregas, clichy and so many player, arsenal become a team with a great playing but never consistent.but more time and more experience a younger player become a mature player..and not only walcot is new hope for arsenal fans...

I think he has responded fantastically to the snub by Capello. He started with a Hat trick an now has added another against Blackburn. I am convinced he is still learning the game and will take another 2 years to fully mature. But his goals have already lit up the Arsenal season so far. I hope he could ignite Arsenal title challenge this season and probably lead them to that elusive title!! Cheers! Ram

So far, the difference between last season and this is that, Walcott is much calmer in front of goals and when he have possession. No longer is he firing wildly or whipping in cross that never goes pass the first defender. He seem to be using his pace rather wisely now. If he can keep it up, he will be the new hero in the number 14 shirt. As for England, since he is deemed as unworthy for a spot in the World Cup squad, national duties can be put aside. Concentrate on the club performance instead.
