I was jogging this morning in my neighborhood and I saw a lot of my neighbor doing the same thing. Most of them are greeting me and some are just snobbing. Some are smilling and others and waving to me. I greeted each of them. Do you care if some of the people you do greet doesn't resply? What do you think of those people who won't greet back, are they in bad mood or insecure?

I've always tried to say hello when meeting someone, at least I gave a smile and if there are people who did not return it, I do not give a damn, I just thought, maybe he did not see my smile

Right, it doesn't matter anyway if they don't response or acknowledge your action. What matter most is you did the right thing.
