Hello everyonehere Ji, "Where do I stand", this has been always pusuing myself, but today after getting following story from my grandson, I leant lot, and thought I would share with you all. "Good One - A BEAUTIFUL STORY A little boy went to a telephone booth which was at the cash counter of a store and dialed a number. The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation: Boy : "Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn? Woman : (at the other end of the phone line) "I already have someone to cut my lawn." Boy : "Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price than the person who cuts your lawn now." Woman : I'm very satisfied with the person who is presently cutting my lawn. Boy : (with more perseverance) "Lady, I'll even sweep the floor and the stairs of your house for free. Woman : No, thank you. With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver. The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy. Store Owner : "Son... I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job." Boy : "No thanks, Store Owner : But you were really pleading for one. Boy : No Sir, I was just checking my performance at the job I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady I was talking to!" This is called "Self Appraisal" May God bless You and have a great time.

Hmmm I never thought about doing that. I suppose it makes sense though. However in today's economy, the boy was lucky that she didn't take him up on the offer just to save money! My question is, if she had done so...would have have taken it for what it was or would he have thought that she didn't appreciate his work? I think for that reason, I would never try to outbid myself. I wouldn't want to mistake someone's lack of money for an indication that was was good a good worker. It was a good story though...thank you for sharing!

Hello my friend zionsphere Ji, So nice of you for your immediate response and e-fitting comments. It is by nature that everything is different and never alike. So your thinking goes with that Universal laws. There are many cases on daily basis brought out by media about behavior of servants, who even afer being in the hoses for sufficient time took away everything. I would bring out certain facts about life to understand. Boy never agreed to new Lady's offer, as boy was interested to know about his own weakness. May God bless You and have a great time.
