Autumn's concerto this taiwanese drama talks about Ren, a cocky law student, who loves to bet. One day, he happen to met Mu Chen, a bento vendor and her next target. That harmless bet brought these two together. Mu Chen taught this cocky fella how to give and love, their greatest memories was started when Mu Chen plays the piano for Ren. Tragedy strikes when Ren has to go through a major brain surgery, waking up with no memory from his past. Ren's mother begged Mu Chen to leave his son and has no choice but to follow. Later, she learns that she has Ren's child. After six years, Mu Chen lives quietly with his son at a countryside and Ren is now a succesful lawyer ang is engaged to Yi Qian, the doctor who took care of him after his surgery. One day, Ren suddenly had flashbacks of his past and hit his client at the court, as a punishment, he was sent to Mu chen's place to do community service. The day before Yi Qian and Ren's wedding, Ren sees a memory card with pictures of two lovers, he then realized that everything that his mother and those surrounding him told him were lies. His memories begin to rush back. A familiar piano piece stirs him up as he struggles to recall his past romance with Mu Chen.
