What Happen to Theclickers.net and Velvetclix, are they gone like the other PTC?

This day I tried to surf and visit theclickers.net and velvetclix then I found out that the site doesn't open, what happen to those sites? To make sure, I visited the ptc investigator and I saw that theclickers is in their watch list, what a mess, any idea about those sites guys?

Well, I just might have to take my words back about Velvetclix. It's never been down this long before! I'll keep checking for another week or so and then will probably write it off as another failed site. Sad. It was slow to earn with no referrals, but it was an okay site.
