Favorite Career in The Sims 3: Ambitions?

Ambitions for The Sims 3 was released a few months ago, and we've had quite a bit of time to play the most recent expansion pack. I'm sure we have tried a number of the career paths by now. Do you have a favorite career that was added to Ambitions? The new careers that were included with this pack were: firefighting, interior designer, stylist, ghost hunting, and a private investigator. However, you could also choose a few self-employed careers such as an inventor, sculptor, and an architect. My favorite career as of now has to either be the stylist career or the private investigator. I haven't done ALL of the above options yet though. I like the fact that I could finally change how some of the townies look and what they wear. Some of their fashion choices are not the best. As a P.I. I liked the little cases you'd work on. One of my favorite parts of Bon Voyage were the challenges and tasks, and to keep that going in Ambitions made it even better! I've done part of firefighter as well, but it was slow only having one fire a day and not moving quick enough up in the ranks. I enjoy that you aren't working on just fires though, it's more than that! I have also done the inventor, not to impressed, it gets boring after a while. I look forward to doing ghost hunter here soon! Anywho, what are your favorites?

I am sorry I wish I had a better answer for you but I don't play Sims. But I wanted to respond to your question because you have responded to a couple of mine this morning and I always like to return the favour to people. My daughter likes playing the Sims, she has been playing for a long time. She likes to create her own characters. Her favorite career I believe would be an artist or a writer.

I got the Sims 3 for my birthday after it came out but had to take it back as the computer we had at the time wouldn't run it. The one we have now probably would but as I use this mostly for making money I don't want anything that will distract me from using it to make money. In any case, my husband and I are going to get two copies of The Sims 3 when it comes out for consoles. One copy for me on the wii and the other for him on the 360, this way we can see the differences between the two, and as the 360 version might have achievements, my husband will love that. I hope they have some of the careers you've mentioned the Ambitions pack has because it seems like it would be fun A P.I or a ghost hunter, an inventor or sculptor? Seems like they'd be fun careers. In any case I'm sorry I can't answer your discussion fully but thought I'd pop in and say hello anyway and hope you get more responses.

My two favorites are the medical career and the firefighter career. The medical career is one of my favorites because its not too hard to advance. It also allows your sim to earn a lot of money. The free health clinics and vaccination clinics are also a lot of fun and I love watching the sims scream as they get shots. It makes me giggle lol. The firefighter career is another one of my favorites because it allows you to have more freedom by this I mean you can eat, sleep, and pretty much do anything at the fire station that you would at home. I also love the earthquake feature that comes with working this job.

I am not sure.. because I have not played any of them out to the end... But I like Private investigator or writer... Even stylist and sculptors are good. I just wish I could open a shop where I could sell my stuff and not just wait for some job to come my way.

I also like the designer, it's very interesting to design others' clothes, and I want to try the ghost hunting and private investor, but it seems that if I choose the private investor, the man walks very stuiped
