yes that is what it is, it comes from over seas in farner countries, if you apply it on in a desing it would stay up to 3 weeks then it will fade away but if you wet the area when you have it alot it will fade away quicker!

it is also used in different religions i know some indians use it and in my religion it is very popular (islam)
