My Alertpay experience- the worse ever

Right now I'm totally down. I hate alertpay. I'm sorry I can't hide my disappointment. The reason is this. Fraudelent funds. In Paypal if you receive fraudelent funds with in 15 minutes the transaction will be reserve and you got a warning that you receive a fraudelent funds. In that way you can act on time and hold the transcation. But this is what happen to me in alertpay. In alertpay I receive funds form a person I trust. Now when I receive the funds I waited an hour just incase theirs a reversal of transaction. Nothing happen. Then I pay a friend of mine a a debt I owe him. After a day alertpay reserve the transaction. Now my friend who I paid think I'm a scammer. Now a friend of mine who give me that funds also loss much more because of the fraudelent funds. I trace up to four exchange hand before alertpay reverse the transaction. I send support asking alertpay why it takes them more than 24 hours to decide to reverse the trasaction and whose fault is this. Who I will going to blame for this? And what is the safeguard that theirs no reverse of transaction in the future transaction. .. Guess what? Alertpay support just reply that they don't tolerate fraudelent transaction. But they never answer my question how to prevent this to happen again and how long do I need to hold the funds etc. Take note. My account is verified and so is my friend. And What I know of the four accounts before me is also verified account. .. For me at fault in here is alertpay because it take them too damn long to reverse the transaction. Theirs so many change hand of funds before they even react.
