80's Music

I've been recently compiling a collection of 80's songs and it's very entertaining. They use lots of synthesizers which I find pretty unique. Now I listen to 80's music more than anything else. I would rather listen to this than Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, etc, etc, and other mainstream music. I'm just 19, even though I didn't grow up in the 80's I'm beginning to appreciate the music from that part of time.

I'm glad you like 80's music. I was born in the 80's and was raised listening to 80's music. 80's music is the best since they had different combination of music style from synthesizers, hard rock, soft rock, pop, hip hop, etc. It's very easy to find a song to like in the 80's era. Make sure to check out Michael Jackson, Madonna, A-Ha, Duran Duran, Def Leppard, Van Halen, Bon Jovi, U2, The Cars, Chicago, Corey Hart, Billy Idol, Heart, and more. There are a lot of one hit wonders in the 80's which not a lot of people know. So finding most of 80's songs are a pain.

Unlike you i grew up hearing music of the 50`s, 60`s and the early 70`s. I am still attached to the 50`s and 60`s music which i find more to my liking than the music of the present day and that of the 80`s and 90`s.By the time of the 70`s i had completely lost interest in Western music and had got addicted to Indian Classical music which i found to be more spiritual, soothing and relaxing. I guess as you age your tastes also change since you are not as hot blooded as you were when you were young.

Listen to some Hall and Oates, they're the staple for me when it came to the 80's music scene. Hall and Oates, Michael Jackson, Foreigner, Night Ranger, Curtis Blow, Grandmaster Flash and even Run DMC. Gotta love the 80's :D
