It is great that somebody has thought of something like facebook.com. I came across many of my old pals (some after 25 years!) through this great site. Can any one recollect anything touching regarding social networking?

I have been meeting up with alot of my school friends after I lost contact with them 22 years ago. It has been so wonderful. I am speechless. The other thing I have found, it is a wonderful place to meet new people too. There are some people I have not met face to face, but they are wonderful friends on facebook. But here is some thing so funny with facebook. My little miss 10 had been told by me that she had to wait until she was 13 to have a facebook account. But she couldn't wait so she started on for herself without my knowledge. My miss 10 was chatting to some one in another country. My own friends spotted it and thought terrible things about this other person. One of my friends and my self got in contact with this person and explained the situation. The person did as we had requested. Since the beginning of march, I have been friends with this person and I have been chatting to this person. It turned out that this person did not realise that they were talking to a minor. The person thought that they were chatting to a 37 year old woman. I confronted my miss 10, she told me that her invisable friend was a 37 year old woman. As the person's story and my miss 10's story did match up with the same age, I know that the person was telling the truth. I do thank miss 10 for a wonderful friendship that I have formed because of her invisible friend. If it wasn't for her invisible friend, I would not have become friends with this person.

best way to reconnect - facebook.....
that's one good thing about facebook. regarding my mom. she didn't realize that she will have a lot of friends there and kept chatting with her almost every single day. that's why i always gave her time to use my pc. sometimes she does it every day when ever there's a message, a chat or what ever it is.

I have lots of touching stories from facebook. One is I got to reconnect with my elementary classmates, I got to know where they are now and how they're doing. Another is I got the chance to clear some things with people I had ammends with before and now we're ok. Another is I get to get in touch with relatives that I haven't seen for a long time. One more is when an old neighbor of ours found me on facebook. I can't remember her that much anymore but it's really nice to know that she still knows me and want to be friends with me. Also, on facebook, even without chatting with anyone, you can have an idea on how a person is doing through his/her status updates.
