Blings for you?

Who say you need that break-the bank bling just to make a statement? I found interesting pieces guaranteed to add a pretty punch to my look and my clothes. Before, I was not really into accessories and blings. My friends commented that being simple is not as always great and at all times. People would find you a bit boring and not interesting. So they taught me of using just two add ons for my clothes and for my neck. I was pretty amazed that I like my new look and that’s how it started. Now im into stones, pearls, pins, patches and blings but not into that loud wearing since I would look OA and OI (over-acting and over-indulged) by then. When buying semi-precious stones, keep in mind that the range of quality is very wide. Some jewelers might try to pass off a synthetic blue spinel for a valuable sky-blue aquamarine or it depends on your choice of course. I am also into antique stones and corals. Red coral has been used for centuries in ethnic jewelry. It is not a mineral but rather the skeleton of the organic substance that grows under the sea. These colorful beads would be timelessly beautiful. So be daring and wear new designs, but don’t blow your budget over trendy pieces. Do you have blings for you?

Honestly I don't wear much jewelry anymore. Really just a necklace and my wedding rings. I have a few other pieces and tons of necklace charms. However, my kids have a habbit of fooling with my things w/o permission and I find things wrecked. So to save myself the headache I just don't buy anything new or wear much bling, plus I don't have the cash to spare.

i have my own set of blings and they're simple ones. i am not really into bold and shining blings. i don't wanna make other people turn around and be distracted because of what i wear. i have all my accessories in one box so that my kid won't clutter them. it's a safe box too so that during emergencies i can just bring it in handy.
