Match fixing is the most dangerous threat to the game of Cricket. Unfortunately, the test series in England is influenced by "Match or Spot fixing" and some very good pakistani players are in the list of involved players, including Mohd. Amir. On any website, you will find something written about this incident and investigation is still going on. My question is, did "You" see the original match fixing video? I got a video which I think is the original video, following is the link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3Tv2cH1biA If you check the video, you will feel something is wrong. After watching this video, I have a few quesions. What if they have taken this video after the match or the end of the match? Is it possible that they are trying to eliminate the best Asian bowler (Amir) from world cricket? In that video, this guy is taking money and placing all the bundles on the table, as if he wants to make sure that the notes are covered in the video? Also, can't he see that a camera is placed in front of him? This guy (bookie) has got bail from England police? The second no ball that they claim to be fixed, does not seem to be a fixed one, with that kind of run-up you can not just miss by an inch or two. In both the occasions, there seems to be something wrong with the pitch. Main important thing, this is evolved when Pakistan's performance is much better (till England's batting)than past and Mohd. Amir has got his career best in the same innings. Do you feel this could be a propaganda to make sure that a few talented players miss the world cup 2011?

All involved should be prosicuted, and banned from the game. The only way I could see the video being rigged is if the text, pictures, and captions alledged were inserted after the events of the no balls. Knowing the tabloid, nothing would surprise me. Having said that, there was much suspicion after the Packistan tour of Australia also. Maybe Pakistan could consider paying their players enough money that they won't be tempted by match fixers.

This video is clear that there is one match fixer but if any player is talking with that match fixer then the investigators would have arrested those players by now. Anyhow it is pathetic and hope culprits are punished very soon.

Yes, that is one way of thinking for this issue. The other way could be, that day of game is already finished, after that, a few people, hired this bookie and paid some money, he agreed to be in front of camera and they recorded this video nicely. I think like this because, a professional will not put the notes on that table the way he was putting (it is not a bollywood movie) and that bookie was completely covered in the camera, apart from that video, if I am correct, that guy was released on bail within two days. If this is such a big issue, how could he (the main culprit in the video) can be released on bail? It seems to be a conspiracy to me.

Pakistani players are more likely to be involved in match fixing, however, this video does not seem to be more convincing and the unfortunate thing is, Amir is accused at a point of his career when he has taken his career best and taking 6 wickets in one innings is not an easy thing. Let us hope that they do not discard him from the team. He is a gift to the world cricket!

why the second no ball was noy a fixed one.if the reverse step taken by a proffessionnal bowler can make the foot 1 inch longer easily.it depends upon the steps of the bowler. it is true that asif is a good bowler so they will not try to make him out. but the spot fixer or camera men may not be a pakistani.after all they will not know that it will be prosecuted.
