There is not one natural food that is the best of all the rest. They say that different foods contain different nutrients and vitamins and minerals.

It has been shown that those rural communities that eat a diet rich in oatmeal and oily fish are the healthiest, having lower rates of many diseases. all the best urban

Whoa, this question is difficult to answer... simply for its broadness; there are soooo many good answers ;) Does tea count as a food? Green tea? Because that would be my initial answer. Green tea is full of antioxidants, promotes longevity, boosts immunity, curbs appetite, provides energy, and so on. I'm sure, though, there are teas out there that have even more health-promoting properties (goji berry tea, yerba mate are among my favorites), but I'll stick with saying green tea because I feel it's been most proven to be super healthy. Check out the awesome longevity of the people in Japan, China, and other East Asian countries where drinking green tea daily is the norm. As for actual food, though, I'm caught between blueberries and oats (e.g. oatmeal... especially with milled flaxseed, yummm). Blueberries are full of antioxidants, vitamins, fiber... but oats are as well. Oats also have more fiber, and consequently have hypoglycemic effects. They also lower cholesterol. With added milled flaxseed, oatmeal provides omega 3 fatty acids as well, which the body cannot produce on its own. Either way, fruits, whole grains, and vegetables are your best dietary bets for healthy living.

I always think that fruits and vegetables are all natural food that's really good for all of us. Experts say that fruits and vegetables are the kind of food that we should eat. However, we also need to be careful with the kind of fruits and vegetables that we eat cause some are genetically modified and may have harmful effects on the body.

Of course all fruits and vegetables are essential and excellent for our well being, but I think that garlic is pretty great stuff for the health side of things (as well as adding a great taste!) It is good for colds, and for preventing them, for lowering cholestrol,it is also reputed to help stop cancer

I would say berries, fruits and vegetables, out of which blueberries are the most healthy I have heard.

For me the best are vegetables & fruits. They are rich source of vitamins, enzyme and minerals. Each color of these has their own unique health components that are good to our health. Like the green food- that is good for circulatory system. Red ex. tomatoes it helps to reduce radical damage and make our skin glow. That's all.
