why you stop to be happy?

No one can last laughing forever, also, no one can last crying forever. What are our pursuit? If we pursuit happiness, and I can assert everyone have caught happiness once, but why we give up at last? So strange for me. what do you think? my friend.

I think it is a choice whether to be happy or not. It is a state of mind.

yes,you are right.I just wonder why not keep happy forever.If we are easy satisfied with something little,we would get more happiness.But why we are asked not too easy satisfied? Thanks for replying.

Laughing is just an expression of happy. Stoping laughing does not mean ending happy. No one keep laughing all the time. We can happy for some days for some good news. But there is not only ups in our life, also it includes downs.

If I can freely pursue the things I want, I think I will be happy. But sometimes, I was afraid of being conflict with the work my boss assigned me. That makes me sad!

yes we all been happy at least once in our lives but sometimes is not our fault if we are not happy^^ sometimes its not us that give up but other people do it^^ about me when i love a guy i dont give up unless he acts bad to me and very bad for me to give up. i think that sometimes we cant choose to be happy or sad. this happens sometimes good things happen and sometimes bad things but we must always try to cheer up. and there are people that help us cheering up^^
