Who is the winner in the action of agaist Iraq,America or Iraq???

As we know,the government of obama has declared that August 31 was the deadline for the army of the United States to departure in Iraq.From 2003 to 2010,the war of Iraq has passed 7 years.More than 4,000 soldiers of the United States lose theirs lives,but the situation of Iraq is also very turbulent.Now who is the winner in this war?Please sharing you opinion.

It is a false proposation to talk about who is the winner of the war.Conflict creats two losers,harmoney creats two winners.The Iraq war undoubtedly brought about huge pain and hurt to both country's people.We should remember the history and cherish peace,and wish war won't happen again.

In my opinion, there's no such thing as a winner in a war. It's just a matter of whose losses were less. It takes a great amount of money when countries go to war and those that greatly benefit from it are the companies who create arms and ammo.

I agree with what you said.So we don't want to happen this event again.We should take the other ways to resolve divergence of opinion between countries,such as make peace talk,get help from the United Nations and so on.
