What's the hush hush about Cash Gopher??

Heard about the Cash Gopher and read it. Excuse my ignorance but i really dont get the point. Can we really make money out of it?

Even I am a bit suspicious about this program but let's wait and watch and if it proves out to be good then we can definitely double our income.
