Mix a drop of self-tanner into your night cream 6. eat a high-protein, low-sugar dinner 7. sleep on a satin pillowcase or put your hair in a silk scarf 8. Pile hair into a twist on the top of your head 9. Sleep with a moisturizing treatment in damp hair overnight 10. swallow two Wake Up on Time pills at 11 P.M.
