How meny hours do u sleep in a day.i sleep only 6 hours and i am 17 now .

i sleep around 8 hrs a day

this month, only about 4 hours a night, but that is because I am in a novel writing contest the month of November, along with my regular freelance work.

I usually sleep around 7 hours a night.

my sleeping time change everyweek, for the last couple of days I have been sleeping from 3am until 11.30am and this week 4am until 8.30 or 9am. I can live with 6 hrs or less sleep but I wish I could get at least 8hrs a day :(
