I like both. It just depends on my mood. If I am wanting a more laid back look, then jeans. But if I want a more prep look, then a nice pair of pants.

it depends. if i go for hang out with friends it has to be jeans. if i go for work it has to be trousers. both have there own look. i like both of them. its more comfortable in jeans and also suitable for rough wear

I am also a jeans person, but in very hot conditions, trousers, they are thinner and allow cooling air through better.
