What is "Life" all about?

People have been asking what is life about since man was living in caves. Many of us hope it has a meaning, others don´t.
My own reason to be here, aware of my being alive, in that I may experience love and happiness. I haven´t been able to understand that without expiencing the opposite too and feel blessed that the positive part has been bigger than the negative. Beyond that, I accept that I can´t grasp it better.

hi dan in twenty five words or less? lol life is about people and their actions and reactions, about love and liking, about living so I think in order to answer this correctly one needs to have lived and loved, had children made a family, have had careers, have had disasters, have has surgery, and illness, have watched a child die have held her husbands hand as he breathed his last., what is life? It is a huge subject or a small one depending on how you look at it. I just looked back 84 years back to my folks on the South Dakota farm, growing up in the depression being young woman during the Second World War. Working as a nurses aide, meeting and marrying having children,surgery, losing a child, losing a husband. thats what life is about,

and that what.... we die... whopppy do.. i really dont thing there is any point to it. if it wasnt me i would be someone else... we really dont own anything, we really cant make anything, we really cant do anything.... what is the point? you may say we can do loads but it dosent actually add up to anything.
If i sat in on place for 2 years, only my life close to me would change, not the life its self. do you understand what i mean.

I think that's all about "to live is to serve" and "to serve is to live"
Do every God's commandments (Good/Beautiful Think, Respect/Take care Each other, Spread Peace, Heal The World) and with the Good deeds can go to Heaven :)
The key is we submit our self to God,
Once I've ever seen a professional painter. He was drawing a face of pretty woman I see he dropped a tear from his eyes while drawing that woman's left eye and speak to himself "This is beyond amazing what a perfect golden hand who have created this woman's face and he fell upon his face to the ground and prayed about a few minutes"
Then its not bad reasons at all we are commanded to do good things and good things that good to our self and for the people and environment around us :)

dan you are depressed and your answer to me is so depressing dont you see anything good in life, whats with the whoopy de do, you came close to insulting me and I did not do t hat to you,. you want to enjoy being miserable hop right to it, but I am not going to let your black mood'depress me at all.I understand that you are a bitter person and lashing out to try and make me bitter too, no I understand that you and I will agree to disagree so wallow in your unhappiness.
