Now the ex girl friend of Mohammad Asif, Ms.Veena Malik' accuses not only the entire Pakistan team but also the P.C.B. officials to be part of the match fixing scandal. It is therefore time for the Pakistan Govt. to act along with I.C.C. and act fast to save International cricket

Hi, First of all these people are too arrogant to admit their fault even when caught red handed. This is a double shame. The Indian who is allegedly related to the scandal will get punished if this crime is proved. But I wonder if justice will be served in Pakistan. Pakistan's government machinery is not transparent. It is because of the evidences that they are being obliged to take steps. Cooperation and discipline is probably the last words they use. I don't see much hope in Cricket anymore. There has been a controversy regarding IPL, which I doubt is just a disguise for converting black money into white. How can a country spend so much money into sports where more than 50% of the population is still impoverished? Thanks. God bless you

Thanks getbiswa2000 for your valuable contribution in the matter but cricket is too big a game to be finished by such incidents. It has seen many in the past and not only survived but came out with flying colours and continue to do so until eternity.

Ms. Veena Malik has now been questioned by ICC. I think it was this questioning that convinced ICC that these three players are definitely in the thick of things. That is why I think ICC finally decided to ban them. But Veena has really nailed Asif. I think if her allegations are even partly true then you need to ban Asif for life from competitive cricket!! Cheers! Ram
