What does positive rating mean?

..oh I see.. because I choose to rate than to give one the best response.. I feel like its unfair for me to give one a best response when everybody has been giving me a very good response with my discussions.. and I can't choose all of them as the best response right..? anyway, thanks everyone for the information.. have a great day ahead..

Positive Rating is a Good thing. It helps show people just what type of person you are and the higher the Ratings the higher your Star will be. Most of the time I will make sure and Rate people if I feel that they have contributed positively to this site. It does not really help your payment any. Just helps you continue to get decent exposure from others. So keep on Rating.

xas far my knowledge is concern, the positive ratings helps to increase you reputaion. say u have as red star with the reputation of 94 out of 100. u are in that reputation bcoz other members positive ratings have made it for you. there many stars...and less reputations.. it means some where they have been marked negatively.

Hey raynejasper.
I was reading a previous discussion and they said positive rating increases your star and it doesn't do anything to your earnings. It only shows what people think about you. I haven't had the time to look in the FAQ (even though it would probably only take a minute.)haha.
That would be great if we could earn more money with positive discussions though.
