in india rbi made compulsory to give pan card number in paypal.. bbut i dont have a pancard.. so how can i create a paypal account without providing pancard number... is there any alternative to paypal...

Yes there is many alternate to paypal but most popular is alertpay.com and libertyreserve.com check this out in alertpay you can verify your account with your mobile phone.
