Last year, I went to visit my sister in the Middle East and while I was there she introduced me to the garlic sauce. It looks like paste and it goes very well with the grilled chicken. I am a garlic person so I love it to death right away. Then, there was a time when my cousin came home from work, she brought me some french fries and catsup. I had an extra garlic sauce so what she did, she mixed the garlic sauce to the catsup and it tastes really really good. We end up eating our fries happy!!!

I can see how a garlic sauce would be great for grilled chicken.thisis something that I would like to try with my family. You can only serve chicken so many ways before the family becomes bored with it. I'm not sure I would like garlic saauce for my fries though.@chingkay35 (33)

garlic sauce is sure fire to go with fries and if you are more adventurous you can mix your garlic sauce with ketchup. it blends so well to the taste.:)

Can't agree with you more! Garlic sauce is the best! Better than ketchup. They like their garlic sauce there in the Middle East. Everytime I go there I have to order broasted chicken. It comes with some fries and their traditional bread and garlic sauce. The chicken, fries and bread are all good dipped in the sauce. My mom makes home-made garlic sauce too. She just uses the blended to mix the eggs, garlic, lemon salt or lemon and oil. It's even good with nacho chips and tacos. I'm getting hungry!
