Bladder health (possibly TMI)

I have a partially dropped bladder. When I flex my tummy (for instance when I sneeze), it drops completely. Aside from wearing pads to help absorb the extra, what can I do about this? Are there exercises that might help restore some of the muscle tone? Can the disconnected tissue be surgically re-attached? I can't make it through a business meeting without having to leave the table at least once (usually twice). Makes it very difficult to stay on top of things, especially in larger/longer meetings.
