are the Mini Portable Hard Drive better then the others?

i'm looking for a hard drive and i found a Mini Portable Hard Drive online but i want to know are they good to have or should i get the Portable Hard Drive and no the mini.

According to me mini portable hard drives are a better option because they are much lighter and smaller in size. So these are easy to carry and also they are not much expensive unlike portable flash drives.
