Hi, I'm thinking if someone has a favorite artist, band or song even you're not born n that year where the song hit the chart? I like some classic songs and some or intolerable. I like Cascades so much and their songs relaxes me and it reminds me of my favorite uncle, our happy moments. I thought I'm gonna see them perform live(their comeback) but unfortunately when they reunited and had their concert i was not able to watch them(need to budget for a air tickets, hotels and etc.) I cried and sighed because it's gonna be their first and last concert after disbanded.

hi simone! how are you? anyway, i think most of the songs that i like are those love songs from the 80's? i don't know if it can be considered classic already. hehe and also, there are some old songs that i just don't know the title and i also don't know who sang them, i just know & like the songs when i hear them...hehe but one song that i like that i think is already a classic is the song, "don't cry joni" hehe i just love the story in the song, its melody and the voice of the singers just goes well with the song.

Hello. It's been a while. I'm fine and feel great lately. How about you? Anyway, i asked my mom about the song and asked her to sing few lines for me o but i don't quite understand the words and the tone clearly because she hum most of the lines. I'm interested to search it online. Most of the 80's songs reminds me of my family, our happy moments and it made me cry. So, i rarely listen to it. Thanks for dropping by. Say "hi" to your pet for me.lol

I'm not into rock but a lot of my friends appreciate their music. Maybe I'll try to listen to their lyrics and find out why lot's of people are crazy about this band. I know some girls who are so crazy with their music. Thanks for the share. Any classic songs that you appreciate? 80's songs?

My personal favorite classic rock band of all time has always been the Beatles, but there are numerous other solo artists and groups that I loved listening to, while growing up. A short list of my other faves are Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Mountain, The Kinks, Boston, ELO, The Doobie Bros., CSNY, Jethro Tull and Fleetwood Mac. My favorite classic song is Let it Be from the Beatles. I love the rhythm and the lyrics :) Have a nice day!

Hi Simonelee, call me old timer since I'm more into old songs of old bands like; Abba, America, Beach Boys, Bee Gees, Styx, Cheap Trick, Toto, Beatles (All time favorite) and many others. I appreciate their music more, despite of simple chords and lyrics. In the early days there are no amplifiers, equalizers or sophisticated device to enhance the audio but those guys were able to produce their master piece. About Cascades I love their songs, Rhythm Of the Rain and My First Day Alone.

Hello, Billie. I checked your profile and you're not that old to be a fan of classic songs. Anyway, I'm not familiar with the other bands/artist you mentioned so i have to check it online.About the quality of their voice you are so right they come up with a master piece that made them fame. I wonder how they do it. Non of today's generation can do that(most of the artist rely in technologies to produce a good one). By the way is that you're wheel chair? Cool.

Hi, Bill. Well yeah. A few of them really have talent and most of them dance. Is it genetic problem or you had an accident? Where did you buy your chair? Did you purchase it online? So what do you do for living? By the way I'm on your bog list now. Thanks for the invite.

Hi Simonelee, about old music, I guess I was influenced by my parents since it was still turntable(music player during the early 70's) that they use when I was a kid. In today's generation modern bands really rely on sophisticated musical device to enhance their sounds, its good though but I still prefer the classic type. I'm 31 years old but I only stand almost 4" feet (not even half of your size) it's because I don't have legs and yes that is my ride, my Wheelchair his name is Bling Bling :D I would like to invite you to my blog : http://billieonwheels-childhooddays.blogspot.com/ Thanks! God Bless

I have alot of favourite classic songs in my mind, but i dunno who are the singers.. lol =D I have the tendency to remember the nice songs after hearing it once, but after which , i wont be able to hear it again!! haha =D And thus, i will never get to know the actual band of singer behind those songs. If there's any classic band, it has got to be the beatles?? hehe

My favorite band has been the same for a long time and will always be so. I am a longtime devoted bon Jovi fan. My favorite classic song belongs to none other than Bon Jovi. it is Livin On A Prayer. I could listen to this song endlessly. It always leaves me with a good feeling!

I like Micheal Learns to Rock, although im not born yet in their genre, I was amazed by the meaning of their songs. And up till now, I can still hear radio stations still playing their songs. And people younger than me still sing their song. I think that no matter how old the band, or what decade did they hit the chart, what matters is the true meaning of their songs. And the legacy of the band will continue to flourish.
