I usually browse at manybooks.net or ebookstack.com. The books are categorized by genre, and they are available in different formats not just PDF. For starters, you can use similarsites.com and type in manybooks.net. It will give you other sites that offers the same service both free and with payment.

Try isohunt.com (for torrent files). Just type the title of the book, but i am not sure if what you're looking for is available..
