T.V is tecnological virus.

[/i] Now coming on to your discussion topic.. I believe that excess of everything is bad and everything has its own advantages & disadvantages. So the TV is no exception this fact. If we use it in a positive way , It is a great source of entertainment as well as information. But if used in excess we can get addicted to it and then it can affect our daily routine as well as for students it can have bad impacts on their schedule and studies.

I don't think so because when it is used correctly people will learn more from it.. to use it in a right way keep it in the living room ;-)

the computer is a virus even more! yes. the television should not be a babysitter for our kids or any young age. it is said to be because they become addicted to it. They get more fat just sitting and watching the square tube rather than playing around like regular kids do. Most of the kids now are unhealthy and obese because of cartoons they watch everyday even watching it over and over again doesn't make them bored as long as it's their favorite. my daughter always watch barbie in DVD over and over again! she doesn't care if its the same episode. the moment when she wakes up in the morning, she says "barbie"...*sigh* i somehow think that it is not good.but i think she learned how to speak new words because of the video and it is so fun watching her dancing and singing with it!haha
