I have a friend, she always suspect herself having problem on health. Even if she checked the general check-up, she would continue to worry about her body after a while. It has already been her habit. Actually,I feel some illness recover unconciously if you made light of your illness. In contrast, so many illness are from over-worried. Are you agree with me? If you feel ill, would you focus too much on your health and even see the doctor?? Thank you

Your friend is probably psychosomatic. As for your concern of belittling an illness and it goes away spontaneously, i also do that. In fact, i can feel enlarged lymph nodes below my neck (this would mean that i have infection on the adjacent areas) but i dont really mind it at all. Yes, it does hurt when i yawn sometimes but i still dont mind. I can tolerate it.

I wasn't over-worried about my health because I'm young and healthy. I like to keep fit. In anther way I go to physical examination every year when I was every index is normal in the medical report I will take it easy.

I'm not sure whether i agree to your opinion or not, but i just want to add that i myself am similar to your friend, but i do have some heavy reasons. When i was young, i used to suffer much because of nasal polyps. The procedure of removing nasal polyps was very painful to me, i remember walking out of the hospital shocked. But as i had many allergies, the polyps just grew back often, so i had to do the operation many times. That is why i still worry (maybe too much) about my health. Maybe your friend had an similary experience, and she's worrying because she doesn't ever want to go through these painful phases again.
