What do usually do when you are stuck in traffic. I Can't avoid traffic most of the time. If i want to avoid traffic then i should not go out of the house. But that is not possible. I need to go out from time . Often times i just stomp my get while waiting for the traffic to move. I usually do is that move my feet almost non stop that is the way for me to cope up with boredom while waiting for the traffic to move. Even if there is music playing that is not enough to keep me entertained. I need to keep moving my feet and sigh. Besides The traffic i need to cope up with the pollution . Since I'm only using a public transportation in my country in which the windows are open so every smoke coming out of the vehicles which are in front of us we need to inhale . As the city is polluted.

oh god , i really hate it. I can't stand it, actually . Specially on the summer day. It's really hot. I got stuck when i go to school , or went back home. So i try to find a new way to go in case i'm stuck. I think the traffic sign is not useful . Some body just go, don't even watch the light

Due to being in a rural area, we are seldom stuck in traffic. If everyone leaves a concert at the same time or the fair after a show, someting like that, it can be really really bad. It can take 20 minutes to move a foot and I hate it. So we either leave before the end of a performance or stay an hour after one, if we can. By that time, most of the traffic is gone. I also don't go to parades unless they're local and I can walk to them and walk back. Otherwise, after the parade, it can be a problem, but usually it isn't because a lot of people stay for the barbecue dinner or entertainment afterword, but a lot of people don't. So walking works for the parades.

Nothing is more annoying to me than to be stuck in traffic. It is such a waste of time to sit in traffic with nothing to do. If i see another possible way of getting somewhere, i will take it. Our lives are busy enough without sitting idly by in atraffic waiting for a chance to continue on my way.

Hello there! thank you so much for this nice topic. I just encountered a heavy traffic here in our place at almost 11pm in the evening. imagine at that time there should really be no traffic at all but then we are still experiencing it. and it is every day and every night. But i guess at the wee hours of the night it will become smooth. The traffic is caused by the road renovation that has been going on for months now. and still it is not yet being finished. Whenever I am stuck with traffic and I will be already getting late then I am not being at ease. i cannot really relax myself by listening to the music unlike other people. But if I always got ahead of time then I am just calm. or i just take the opportunity to greet my friends a good morning and exchange messages. Yes most of what we will experience during traffic are smoke, dust and the heat of the sun if your mode of transportation is not fully air-conditioned. I am just a simple human being that really gets upset during heavy traffic. It also crosses my mind where my taxes is going to because of what agony I am experiencing.

Yes, traffic is so frustrating! I also use public transportation and it is not easy to go to where you want to. I am living in the Davao City~! It is so hot here in the Philippines! The road is full of jeepneys and autos that belch black smoke. The people are busy walking, it is really unpleasant to see a crowd in the streets while the jeepney passes by. It takes me more that an hour to go to my destination. But wihtout traffic, I can reach the place maybe half an hour. But we can avoid traffic, we know what time traffic starts. that is when people are going home from work or school. so i tend to avoid this time so I wont go into traffic!

I hate being stuck in the traffic. So to amuse myself while inside a puj, I'll try to daydream in luxury places or picture myself roaming around the beautiful spots in Europe to get some inspiration or else I'll have a horrifying tantrums.

It totally depends. But of course if I am in a hurry, then the lights are all red; but when I don't mind taking all day, they are all green! But I usually have something with me to occupy myself so it's no problem!

i too hate being stuck in traffic especially when i am in a rush or needs to pee. I have made it a point to walk my way home from office and it would take about an hour walk. I know it is polluted and sometimes it even rains on my way home. Nevertheless, i bring my rubbershoes, mask and my umbrella whenever i intend to walk. It is one way wherein i could help save money for the car gas.

Like most people I don't want to waste time being stuck in traffic. So I try to avoid the streets that usually jam. I know the city pretty well and can usually find away to avoid the traffic. At times I just time things different so that I avoid traffic.

I very often get stuck in traffic and that to for hours together. The vehicles ahead move at a snails pace and you cannot even get out of the car. I am diabetic and I feel a need to go to pee but I can't do that. I don't even want to listen to music. I switch it off. I keep cursing under my breath, that is what I do.
