Yes. I have been paid by donkeymails many times. The 'no-minimum' was there previously, when the payment processor 'e-gold' existed with them. When they had e-gold payout, we were able withdraw whatever amount we had in our account. (They may have no-minimum payout via libertyreserve now, I'm not sure.) They pay twice a month, around 13th and 28th of every month. If you request payout around these dates, you'll be paid within a week's time.
