What is wrong with megavideo?

I am an anime fan and I use megavideo to watch anime, lately though every time I try to watch some anime I get the "you have watched 72 minutes of video today" error, but the thing is I am a very casual anime but the thing is I am a very casual anime fan, I only watch one 22 minute or so episode every other night so how is this possible? I don't use megavideo for anything else, just my 22 minute episode every other night. Does anybody know what is going on? P.S. Earlier I went to watch some anime got the same crap again, waited for the timer and it actually interrupted me mid way into my 22 minute video and gave me the error again, help! It's almost as if someone is using my IP for megavideo, is that possible?
