I think we would be flat also and would be living in a two dimensional world.

Hi slipz1487, It would be a real shame, if the world was completely flat. I say that because there are beautiful mountians that would not exist, the land would not be as beautiful to observe if it was flat as far as the eyes could see. One shape to deal with is no excitement to "aahh" over. Landscape artist would not have any special scences to paint. Flatland would be all there was ror them to look at.. Instead of having beautiful mountains and waterfalls to capture on canvas, they would have flat, green, or brown flat landscape to paint. How sad would that be? I think the world is just the way it should be, filled with beautiful landscapes of all shapes and sizes, and complimented with blue sky and oceans wide.

The world's whole ecosystem would get way out of hand. First of all, gravity wouldn't work the way it does, so all life on earth would be unable to develop. And if gravity doesn't work, we'd have no protection(atmosphere) against outer radiation such as sunrays.

To be mathematical,you have to travel more distance to get back to your initial position once you reach the end of the earth,provided you start your journey from the center of the flat disc-earth!!Moreover you won't be able to measure the essence of the world being a sphere!!

The murders don't want to use many tricks to kill their enimies. They can bring their enimies to the edge of the earth and push them down.

In that case I can walk all day and visit other places though I am afraid I might fall on the edge of the earth. He he he he. Also, we can expect that all the people well be working half day then sleep the other day. Their will no call center establish since we all busy in the same day time.

If all of the world was flat it would be easier for walking with no hills to worry about. Cycling would be enjoyable and really long bike rides would be possible. There wouldn't be any hills to tire the bike rider out. The land would be for walking on, cycling on and driving on in cars. The sea would be for boats and ships to travel on. The world if it was flat would be like a world map in 2d.
