Is Star-clicks gone to be a SCAM!!!...?

When you log on to the website you get ... Starclick is currently being updated the page is auto matically refreshed after update is done if not check back in a few minuites. We apologize for any inconveiniene it may have caused. I dont know if this will be it for them but its definatley new to me when i logged on this morning. ANYONE USES STAR-CLICKS too???
