Eat fruits more than any other food items. Fruit juices or raw fruits

Recently I read an article on fruits, it shows the health side aspects of fruits. Moreover its medicinal values. We also know it is a vegetarian food. But other varities of eatablea and drinkable things too can be made out of it. Moreover it gives ones youth back if one eat the right fruit that fits that person's health and medicinal side. Moreover it is better to have a cup of fresh juice after a breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Yes, this makes complete sense. I actually eat a lot of fruits in the summer, since I usually don't feel like eating heavy foods then anyway. This works out pretty well for me!

i agree. i wish i could eat more of them...say, like everyday. it's just that it's not the most convenient food to eat... when i'm running out of time, i usually grab anything that's available on the store. the only fruit available at the local 7 11 store is banana. i can't eat that everyday... i buy fruits fresh from the market every weekend, but i could only get as much as i could eat in 2 or 3 days time to keep them fresh... and besides i can't carry anything more than 3kgs.

I agree that fruits could have wonderful effect on our health. We will look younger if we adopt vegetarian diet and take lot of fruits. Although I am not a 100% vegetarian follower, because it might not be practical during some events, but I try my best to take more vegetables and fruits.
