Honestly, I found Nokia Phones user-friendly. Thus, I preferred this from other brands although I believe others have good features to satisfy the users want and need.

holdingfast i used to be a big fan of nokia .because of its user friendliness but samsung mobiles are also very user friendly, believe me i am using samsung corby pro and i find it more user friendly than nokia x6..but as compared to sony ericson and moto and other brands like maxx micromaxx lava etc etc..nokia is more user friendly.

Nokia pones are mostly made for every people who can access phone's all features easily, nokia's main best plus point is it has most of business features more than others, can install both java and symsian support applications, and operating menu system and option selection is better than other.

you are right, for years NOKIA was ruling the mobiles market but no there are somany brands. Nokia products were always easy to use and durable.
I know few of my friends using their mobiles for years now.... not like me who changes mobile often :)
