the best way to get some direct referrals is by making a blog or by convincing some members online by showing them the payment proofs made by them.. you should also give a try asking your friends, i hope they'll also join after having a look at its payment proof.. by the way i get neobux referrals by shortning the links so no one can see its a neobux link and promoting it on different forums by saying that earn here and blah blah blah give it a try..

I think that find referrals for neobux is not an easy task - who is not already a member? :)) But managing the rented ones is a hard task too. I'm trying to do this and it's an unequal battle.
