How do you see doing business as a joint venture ?

Many businesses are developed as joint ventures. People or companies participate in them, bringing in the strengths they have, thus making the joint ventures highly competitive in the business world. Many joint ventures have foreign companies as partners too, which bring in the local capabilities needed for the success of the businesses. How do you see doing business as a joint venture ?

a joint venture is a better idea than going solo.for people who don't have any business managing experience yet,a joint venture is a good way to learn.you can learn from your partners how they manage a business.they can share tips.later on,if you plan to venture into a business of your own,you already learned a lot.
